Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of s8ma.com: the website, profiles, content, clans and chats. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to them.

Your account

You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email or with Google. One person may have one account. You must be at least 13 years old, or older if the law of your country requires it.

You are responsible for everything done from your account. If you think someone else has access to it, sign out on all devices and contact us.

Your content

Posts, guides, streams, comments and messages you publish remain yours. By publishing them you allow s8ma.com to store, display and share them on the platform so that other users can see them.

Only publish what you have the right to publish. You are responsible for the content you post.

Rules of conduct

On the platform it is not allowed to:

• insult, harass or threaten other users;
• post hate speech or calls for violence;
• spam or advertise without permission;
• distribute cheats, stolen accounts or malware;
• impersonate other people, clans or the platform team;
• post illegal content or content that violates someone else’s rights.

Moderation

Moderators may hide content and restrict or block accounts that break these Terms. For serious or repeated violations an account can be blocked without warning.

Clans

The clan leader and admins are responsible for the clan profile, its wiki and the order in clan chats. The rules of conduct apply inside clans too.

Paid features

All features of s8ma.com are currently free. Plans, boosts and monetization described in the Knowledge base are not active yet. When they launch, we will publish separate terms for them.

Liability

The platform is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and secure, but cannot guarantee it will always work without interruptions or errors.

We are not responsible for content published by users or for links to third-party websites.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date of the current version is shown at the top of the page. For important changes we will notify users on the platform.
